The concept is similar to that of Moe's; choose your base (taco, burrito, etc.), add your protein and toppings, and pay. The queso and seasonal mango salsa are quite delicious and the service was friendly. For the after-church rush, the service was quite fast and all of the employees were chipper and happy in their attitude, which definitely helps the wait go by faster. Nice place for a quick bite to eat!

We used Barberito's to cater a taco bar for our wedding last weekend and could not have been happier! Food was delivered hot and fresh and set up quickly and efficiently. Our guests loved having a build your own taco bar. Highly recommend their catering for your next event!

Honestly the best restaurant in the area for build your own Mexican style food! Always friendly staff eager to help in any way. The atmosphere is amazing. Family friendly environment. Great clean music playing in the background. Tables are cleaned as soon as guests have finished their food and left. 100% will recommend it to anyone. I am an eater I can really put down some food but I have yet to win the battle with the taco bowl! The portions are large and filling and it lasts all day unlike most.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Johnson City. The employees are all extremely kind and respectful, the food is delicious and once you order some food and sit down to eat, you'll realize that this is a well run restaurant.
